This tuna tartar was magnificent in its appearance and we wanted to exploit the rich, saturated glow of the red meat in the final photo. There is a fine line between correct lighting angles and shine management to achieve a delicious shot like this. This shot was part of a nomination for an American Advertising “Addy” Award for Photography. We won gold.
